As Jodar Farms has had some pork production issues the Summer of 2024, we are working with a fellow pork producer to help fill in our gaps! Trifecta Pork is a small operation out of Yuma CO that I have been associated with for over 15 years. Neal raises his pigs in large outdoor areas that give the pigs plenty of room to move around freely and express their natural behaviors. These pigs are fed a conventional feed that Neal grinds and mixes on site weekly. Neal has experience raising and breeding pigs since the 1970's and has perfected his breeding to produce top notch meat quality. We will have a limited number of Trifecta pork available in fall 2024 and Winter 2025.

Purchasing a half hog is one of the best ways to fill the freezer up long term and at an more affordable price. Our ordering process allows you to fully customize your order or go with a more traditional standard cut options. Though this may seem a little intimidating at first, PLEASE feel free to call or email with any questions about the ordering/cut instruction piece. We are happy to walk through the process step by step if necessary. Our pork order guide also offers some good perspective as well.

Please note that the $300 charge is only a deposit for the order. Once your order has been fulfilled we will know the final cost based on the hang weight and secondary processing (curing, seasoning, etc.) your order had. Price is based off our 2024 rate of $5.50/lb hang weight + fees from the processor for curing, seasoning, linking etc. Average hang weight of our animals is ~110 for a half.
